We take great pride in all our works and whether our clients are the largest of brewery chains or private clients wishing to add that little extra touch to their home, we take the greatest of pleasure in delivering a completed project on time and within budget.

A perfect example of P. D. Morgan's ability in designing, manufacturing, decorating and installing this private client's bar and back fixture.  This client approached us with a basic idea of his requirements and from designing, recommending materials and producing drawings for approval, we were able to deliver exactly what they required and achieved a look to compliment an games room.

We especially pride ourselves in carrying out bespoke joinery items from traditional Welsh dressers to private studies.

Here this client required a traditional look and feel to his private study and as these photo's show, we acheived what was described by our client as "breathtaking".

Another project undertaken by us was for a prestigous health and beauty salon in South Wales where our client wished for a relaxing and calming feel to the salon, so with close co-ordination with our M.D. and sampling of colours and tones, another succesful project and was acheived by us.

P. D. Morgan Ltd has recently invested in a 6m Masterwood Project 400 V3L CNC machine, which is revolutionising the way we can produce products. Our new Masterwood Project 400 V3L CNC machine offers precision cutting, shaping and drilling for all kinds of materials. Whether it's a one off item or a run of items it is all fully programmed in house by our team of designated operators.

The benefit of our CNC machine is the flexibility it can offer in terms of cutting and shaping timber and plastic products. The profiles and designs are virtually unlimited and our aim is to be flexible while maintaining the highest quality of output. We can deliver a rapid turn-around of small, medium and high volume production.

P. D. Morgan Ltd is also an approved fabricator of solid surface products including Corian and Staron. We can offer a full range of colours from each range for all manner of applications including vanity unit tops , bar servery counter tops, food service counters and healthcare unit tops.

With our in house CNC machining facilities we can manufacture tops in the most simpliest of forms or complex design as required.

All our solid surfaces are offered in different finishes from matt, satin or gloss depending on the application it is to be used for.
